The task may take up to 5 minutes to load. Your patience is appreciated.

Participants are shown a word or non word, followed by a letter. They must judge if that letter was presented in the word/nonword. Typically we expect participants to be faster for letter judgements following words.

Sometimes we might want participants to adjust the volume of a sound to a "comfortable level" before presnting they with that sound in the real experiment. This demo shows how you can do that with buttons and a code component.

This experiment demonstrates a method to choose one routine out of two options randomly.

If you have two different experiments in the same project, you can choose which one will be randomly selected.

Tower of London Cognitive Task

This experiment demonstrates a way to create a timer that resets whenever the participant moves their mouse. The following routine starts if the participant moves their mouse for less than 2 seconds.

This experiment demonstrates a method to randomize a fixation cross duration. This specific method shows the randomization between 1000ms and 3000ms.
