info about pixel size

I have used this amazing routine for my experiment. Basically, I need to adjust both image position and size in order to be the same across monitors. As in the example, I have reasoned about position and size in cm. My question is, how can I know the size in pixel of the final image? If the original image has a pixel size of height = x and width = y can I know the final image size in px in order to report it in my paper?
